Assessment

How we assess a product

Six dimensions of data research after we receive your details. The answer is either yes or no.

01

Category size

Annual growth, monthly volume of top sellers and concentration, to find the ceiling.

02

Competitor landscape

Price bands, review counts and review growth curves, to see if there is room for a new entrant.

03

Margin modeling

Whether enough is left after FBA fees, freight and ad spend to justify the investment.

04

Traffic cost

Monthly search volume and CPC bidding levels for core keywords, to price the launch.

05

Room to improve

Whether real differentiation is possible or price is the only lever. We avoid price-only categories.

06

Compliance

Certification requirements, patent risk and category approval difficulty, checked before listing rather than after.

If the answer is no, we tell you why directly instead of wasting your time.

Cooperation Models

Pick the one that fits your product stage and capacity - terms agreed before signing

01

Factory-direct supply

The factory supplies at an agreed price; we buy the goods and sell them on Amazon U.S., Canada and European sites, carrying the inventory and sales risk ourselves. Most partnerships start with a small trial order and scale up once sales are confirmed.

02

Exclusive distribution

We take exclusive selling rights for the U.S., Canada and European sites and commit more ad and brand resources. In return the factory gets a steadier purchase plan and a longer horizon. Suited to differentiated products built for the long run.

03

End-to-end Guidance

For factories that want to run their own storefront, we help register the Amazon account, brand registry and export tax rebate compliance under the factory's own company, then hand over the full playbook. Accounts and brands stay with the factory.

04

Inventory turnaround

For existing excess stock, we move it in batches through Amazon U.S., Canada and European promotional cycles to release cash.

Boundaries

What we do, and what we do not

Every boundary comes with its reason - these choices make the partnership steadier, not pickier.

What we do

  • Buy and sell on Amazon U.S., Canada and European sites, carrying our own inventory
  • Use Amazon FBA for storage and delivery, handling inbound, replenishment and stock turns
  • Help factories register their own Amazon accounts and brands, then hand over our operating playbook and tax-rebate compliance process
  • Start with a small trial order and scale up once sales confirm demand

The honest fine print

  • No retail or single-unit orders - bulk buying is what spreads logistics and operating costs thin enough for both sides to profit
  • Amazon U.S., Canada and Europe only - our resources are concentrated in these three markets. Platforms we do not know, we do not touch
  • No self-built overseas warehouses - FBA traffic weight and delivery speed beat a self-built warehouse, so capital-heavy parts go to the platform
  • No agency operations - fee-only projects leave no skin in the game; we only win when the product sells

Partner profile

Which factories are a good fit

If most of these describe you, the partnership will likely work. Where they do not, we will tell you exactly what is blocking it.

Category-focused manufacturers

You run your own production lines with real process know-how, and can articulate why your product beats the competition.

Comfortable with small trial orders

You accept the trial-first, scale-later rhythm instead of expecting a large first purchase order.

Consistent quality and delivery

Batch-to-batch quality stays the same and lead times hold - this is the lifeline of Amazon operations.

Export-ready, or willing to get there

Import/export credentials and tax-rebate eligibility are a plus. If you do not have them yet, we help map out the path.

Clear tiered pricing

You can quote by quantity tiers, which feeds our profit math before any order is placed.

Decision-maker on the line

Quotes and samples move without layers of approval - we are a small team and we move fast with partners who do too.

FAQ

What factory owners ask us most

Do you charge any service fees?

No. We buy the goods outright - we place the purchase orders, carry the inventory and take the sales risk. We earn from selling, not from charging factories.

How long from submission to listing?

Four steps: assessment, samples, agreement, shipment and listing. Assessment and sample confirmation typically take one to two weeks each; the overall pace depends on how quickly samples and pricing get confirmed.

What about MOQ and payment terms?

It depends on the product. The curated model starts with a small trial order and scales up once sales confirm - first orders are usually modest. Payment terms are agreed at signing, case by case.

What does a factory need to qualify?

Three things: consistent batch quality, on-time delivery, and clear tiered pricing. Export credentials help, and if you do not have them yet we help map out the path.

What if the product does not sell?

That is exactly why we run the six-dimension assessment first and start with small trial orders - the risk is front-loaded before any big commitment. Inventory and sales risk sit with us; if it does not sell, that is our misjudgment, not something we pass back to the factory.

Are you only interested in certain categories?

No category limits - but a hard bar: it has to clear the six-dimension assessment. For price-war categories with no differentiation, we will tell you straight why we pass.

Have a product for U.S., Canada and Europe?

Send the product list, specifications and pricing. We run the six-step assessment and reply within a week.
