Assessment

How we assess a product

Six dimensions of data research after we receive your details. The answer is either yes or no.

01

Category size

Annual growth, monthly volume of top sellers and concentration, to find the ceiling.

02

Competitor landscape

Price bands, review counts and review growth curves, to see if there is room for a new entrant.

03

Margin modeling

Whether enough is left after FBA fees, freight and ad spend to justify the investment.

04

Traffic cost

Monthly search volume and CPC bidding levels for core keywords, to price the launch.

05

Room to improve

Whether real differentiation is possible or price is the only lever. We avoid price-only categories.

06

Compliance

Certification requirements, patent risk and category approval difficulty, checked before listing rather than after.

If the answer is no, we tell you why directly instead of wasting your time.

Cooperation Models

Pick the one that fits your product stage and capacity - terms agreed before signing

01

Factory-direct supply

The factory supplies at an agreed price; we buy the goods and sell them on Amazon U.S., Canada and European sites, carrying the inventory and sales risk ourselves. Most partnerships start with a small trial order and scale up once sales are confirmed.

02

Exclusive distribution

We take exclusive selling rights for the U.S., Canada and European sites and commit more ad and brand resources. In return the factory gets a steadier purchase plan and a longer horizon. Suited to differentiated products built for the long run.

03

Brand licensing

Partner products may carry the YIMFAS, KOUCN or LINKGREAT trademark on agreed sites. We license the trademark only and do not run the factory own storefront.

04

Inventory turnaround

For existing excess stock, we move it in batches through Amazon U.S., Canada and European promotional cycles to release cash.

Boundaries

What we do, and what we do not

Written down so neither side has to guess.

What we do

  • Buy and sell on Amazon U.S., Canada and European sites, carrying our own inventory
  • Use Amazon FBA for storage and delivery, handling inbound, replenishment and stock turns
  • License YIMFAS, KOUCN and LINKGREAT trademarks to partner factories
  • Start with a small trial order and scale up once sales confirm demand

What we do not do

  • No retail or single-unit orders - purchase only
  • No sites outside the U.S., Canada and Europe, and no platforms other than Amazon
  • No self-run overseas warehouses - storage and delivery all run through Amazon FBA
  • No guaranteed sales volume or ranking - we go by what the market actually says
  • No agency work, and no fee-only projects
